Die Casting

We have over 100 pressure die casting machines of different tonnage ranges, capable of casting various grades of aluminum and zinc. Die casted products suited for automotive, electronics enclosure, LED light bulb and various applications ranges from 20x20mm to 300x150mm.

Our die casting facilities uses centralized smelting furnace with tight temperature control to ensure optimal material quality. Each die casting machine is equipped with individual holding furnace to minimize material temperature variation and to ensure consistent cast quality.

For absolute control of cast parts quality, all molds are fabricated in our in house advanced tool room, equip with latest state-of-the-art machineries.

At JCY, we are in constant drive to perfect our die cast component quality. Before any tool is made, we subject the mold design through vigorous Computer Aided Mold Flow Simulations to achieve optimal material flow.

To correlate simulated flow result with actual casting structural integrity, JCY is equipped with state-of-the-art Computerized Tomography (CT) Scanner.
