Tool Design

Our tool designers have vast experiences in designing complex tooling and constantly work hand in hand with Operations team on process optimization activities.

Mold design begins with 3D solid models and mold flow simulations. Our designers identify potential defective areas within cast product and provide DFM solutions up front to customers. Mold design is refined for optimal material flow via multiple simulations and optimization steps.

Our casting components are subject to Computerized Tomography Scan (CT-Scan) for defect analysis and mold flow improvements.

Through these series of optimization activities, our customer is assured of casting products that meet high quality standard.
