Manufacturing of precision components for Hard Disk Drives & related industries

CONFLICT MINERALS POLICY

Conflict minerals specifically identified are Tin, Tungsten, Tantalum and Gold (collectively known as 3TG), Cobalt and other minerals. The United Nations has found that the trade of conflict minerals is helping to finance the civil conflict in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and DRC region characterized by extreme levels of violence.

In line with our Business Ethic Guidelines initiatives, we are committed to responsible and ethical sourcing of conflict minerals, taking steps to identify and eliminate the use of conflict minerals that helps to directly or indirectly finance the conflict in the DRC or nearby region by complying with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chain of Minerals from Conflict-Affected or High-Risk Areas.

We require our suppliers to:

Adopt similar policies of responsible sourcing of minerals and pass this requirement through its supply chain.

Complete and return Responsible mineral Initiative Conflict Minerals Reporting Template in a timely manner.

Commit to only source minerals from socially responsible suppliers, including conflict free mines in the DRC region.
